Be a part of this special 4-week course designed to teach participants the physical and mental tools needed to build personal self-defensive for safety.  Individuals will learn how to deal with confrontations and assaults, such as grabbing and punching, and also learn how to use all aspects of their environment as tools. The number one method of any self-defense system is awareness of danger, dealing with the problems that occur, and knowing how to avoid them altogether.

Your instructor, Burt Vickers, has over 43 years of martial arts training and holds a 9th-degree, master-level, black belt ranking in the Kajukembo Self-Defense System. The price for the training course is $50.00. The class is offered to Men and Women of all ages and teenagers 12-17.
